The Future in Renting

Renting from Rent2u.Today is a straightforward process. Begin by browsing our extensive inventory of products, spread into several collections and more. Once you've selected the product you need, submit a rental request, order or contact our team by email. We'll work with you to confirm availability, discuss rental terms, and provide you with a quote if it will apply. After we've agreed on the details, we'll arrange for the product to be delivered to your address. When your rental period is complete, we'll coordinate the product pick-up.

In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our support team immediately. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by us.

Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the product you need.

Literally, any type of product that are in need. Rule of thumb: if you have it into your house or storage space and are ready to get passive income => go listed. The first listing will be done by us.

For now, we are not working on insurance the products although soon an extensive program will be set to provide insurance to all products offered as a Host. Therefore, a security deposit will be mandatory for all products listed (charging from the customers renting Host goods), ranging between 50% to 100% the total Renting value. This security deposit will be only clear when you got your products back.

For each rental, instructions will be sent by email. Rule of thumb => after you receive your goods from customer, and you state no damage, so in the next 48hs you will get your funds into your bank account. For all Rentals you will receive a complete statement.

After you ship the products and Host confirm no damage (except the regular wear and tear or other exceptions), you will get your security deposit back. If a complaint is open by the host, your security deposit will be put in a hold to reimburse the damages (if applied).

Rent2u will provide instructions per rental basis. Usually, Host will ship, labeling the returning and notify Rent2u (to charge Guest). Guest will be charge on shipping costs.

Yes! You can let us know your charge or we will suggest a price based on product specifications.

Rent2u.today will send an invoice showing all fees applied on each reservation. Ranging from 3% to 25% (at max), upon each type of product, duration of reservation and insurance, Hosts and Guests will have a clean and easy statement showing a fee charged (such as  Rent2u.today fee, credit card payment fee, shipping (if applied) and marketing and promoting fee). Charges will be no more than 25% (unless notice by us).
